Big girl stroller

We thought we would see how Sophia did in her big girl stroller. We thought she would like looking out, and we were right! We took her out about a week ago, on September 12th. Here are some pictures from her first time in her big stroller.

Just so much cuteness

Ricky had last week and this week off. He will start his new job on Monday. It's been really nice having him home. He's been getting a lot of good time with Sophia while I've been in class, conferences, clinicals, etc. We saw his parents last weekend, and my parents come to town again this weekend. Here are some pictures from last week. Sophia is now 4 months old!!! She weighs 14 pounds 3.5 ounces, and is 26 inches long! Oh how she's grown since she was born (7 pounds 12 ounces and 21 inches long).

A little this and a little that

Here are some pictures from this past week. We have been really working to fix up the house a little bit, so I've included a picture of Sophia's future playroom. It's a work in progress, but gets better all the time! Our newest addition is the very cushy rug. We had some friends over for s'mores last night, and they were teaching us how to use are camera, so we had fun trying to get some pictures of our sleeping girl. Yesterday was also Ricky's last day at the Ritz-Carlton! We're so excited that he is moving on to bigger and better things. My parents are in town for the weekend, which has been fun. We all went down to see Granny (Sophia's great granny) and took her out to lunch.

A few weeks ago we went to my friend's daughter's 10th birthday party. It was a fun gymnastics party! Ricky and I even took our turns on the trampoline. Here are a few pictures that Daniele took- her pictures are always just so fun!

I haven't been good this month about updating this blog. I am officially back to work, and school started this week! Needless to say, I've been a little busy. We have lots of big updates though! Ricky was offered a position at Target as an assistant manager (official title is executive team lead). He will be starting September 13th. I have gone down to intermittent at work, and am only working 1 night a week, which even seems like too much sometimes. Sophia is almost four months old. She is rolling over from her tummy to her back, and is getting very close to rolling over from her back to her tummy. She has also really discovered her voice! Boy can our little girl get quite loud. We love it though! Here are some pictures from the past few weeks.
